Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if:
  • The appointment was cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The doctor was unavailable, and the clinic could not provide an alternative slot.
• Online consultation fees are non-refundable once consultation begins.

2. Returns Policy (Diagnostics/Reports)

• Reports once issued cannot be returned. Corrections, if required, will be provided free of charge.

3. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
